HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – Junior Sharmaine Rapisura shaved three strokes off her opening round 75, finishing with an even par score of 72 on Monday at the Little Rock Classic being held at the Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Rapisura, who climbed 14 spots on the individual leaderboard into a tie for 17th place alongside Western Kentucky's Bailey Tyree, is at 3-over-par 147 for the tournament by virtue of four birdies and 10 pars in the second round. The leader heading into Tuesday's final round is UTEP's Valeria Mendizabal, who is 8-under-par with a score of 136 (71-65).
