HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – ULM newcomer Line Petersen, taking part in her third tournament of the fall slate as an individual, is in a six-way tie for third place after the first round of the Little Rock Classic taking place at the Diamante Country Club.
Petersen, who carded a 71 on the afternoon, came through with three birdies and 13 pars in the first round. All three birdies came on the back nine at the 10th, 11th and 18th greens. The Denmark native is two shots off the pace established by Western Kentucky's Mary Joiner, who fired a 3-under-par score of 69.
