MONROE, La. – The heat returned for ULM’s Tuesday morning practice as the development and implementation of schemes continued to be added onto as the Warhawks tick closer to Saturday’s first scrimmage and, eventually, the season opener against Southern on September 3.
Despite the sixth consecutive day of fall camp, the intensity on the field continued to grow as the heat rose and players shook off any possible fatigue.
“I think the progress of this team has been good,” head coach Matt Viator stated. “We’ve been getting some good work done each morning. The first seven days of camp are really heavy install days.
