MONROE, La. – ULM red-shirt junior outfielder Braedon Barrett, who hit .429 (6-of-14) with 10 runs scored and six RBI while helping the Warhawks to a 4-0 record for the week, has been selected Sun Belt Player of the Week. Barrett had 14 total bases and went 4-for-4 in stolen bases.
In Game 1 of last Friday's doubleheader against Northern Kentucky, Barrett went 1-for-3 with a double and run scored. In Game 2, he went 1-for-2 with a double and three runs scored.
Barrett closed out the series by hitting for the cycle in ULM's 21-9 victory over NKU last Saturday, going 4-for-5 with five runs scored, six RBI and three stolen bases.
