LAFAYETTE -- The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team went toe-to-toe with Sun Belt Conference foe ULM Warhawks, but came up short, falling by a 4-2 final at Cajun Courts Thursday afternoon.
The loss dropped the Cajuns to .500 at 8-8 this season, while ULM improved to 10-2.
"I'm proud of the way we started off and it was great to win the doubles point," Ragin' Cajuns head coach Stephanie Vallejos said. "Today we just didn't stay consistent enough in our attitude and it caused us to give away too many free points.
