NEW ORLEANS – More postseason awards poured in for Louisiana Women's Basketball with freshman guard Brandi Williams and sophomore center Ty'Reona Doucet each earning honors on the 2018-19 All-Louisiana Sports Writers Association team, with Williams being named LSWA Third Team All-Louisiana and Doucet earning LSWA Honorable Mention, as a part of the LSWA All-Louisiana awards announced on Saturday by the LSWA.
Williams, who was named the Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year, finished the season with solid numbers across the board, finishing as the leading Sun Belt freshman scorer (13.0 ppg.
