LAFAYETTE - Longtime Louisiana Baseball head coach Tony Robichaux will be inducted into the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Hall of Fame in January 2021, the national baseball organization announced on Tuesday morning.
Robichaux spent 25 seasons at the helm of the Ragin' Cajuns' Baseball program and 33 seasons overall at the Division I level. During his run as a head coach, Robichaux posted a career record of 1,177-767-2 and became the 51st coach in NCAA Division I history to achieve 1,000 career wins following a 6-5 victory over the Alabama Crimson Tide on Feb.
