Things got off to a booming start against Little Rock this weekend when the Cajuns pounded 14 hits and 15 runs to win the series opener, but the series went sour from that point. The Trojans had a 6-10 record coming into the weekend but certainly didn’t play like it in the final two games, when they roughed up the Cajuns to the tune of 17 runs on 24 hits. The Cajuns’ ballyhooed pitching staff had its worst weekend of the season, and the offense still isn’t consistently backing it up. Here’s a look at what went right and what still needs some work:
