ARLINGTON, Texas — Have a Sunday, Stefan Trosclair.
The second baseman hit for the cycle — the third player in program history to do so — as the No. 14 Louisiana-Lafayette baseball team posted season highs in runs and hits to defeat Texas-Arlington 19-6 in seven innings.
The series victory was the ninth of the season for the Ragin’ Cajuns (29-16, 14-7 Sun Belt) and their sixth in a row. The Cajuns have won all four of their conference road series.
“When you think you can hit, you can hit,” coach Tony Robichaux said.
