MOBILE, Ala. – No. 9 Ragin' Cajuns Softball is set to face Georgia State at 10 a.m., on Thursday, May 12 in its opening contest at the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Softball Tournament at Jaguar Field on the University of South Alabama campus.
Georgia State (31-26) advanced to meet the top-seeded Ragin' Cajuns (40-7) in the opening game of the winner's bracket with a 10-2 (6 inn.) win over ULM during Wednesday's opening round.
The UL-GSU matchup will be broadcast on SportsRadio ESPN 1420-AM with Steve Peloquin and Bobby Neveaux calling the action. Live video, with play-by-play from Lafayette's own Dan McDonald, will be available on SunBeltSports.
