SAN MARCOS, TEXAS – After splitting its opening Sun Belt Conference weekend, Louisiana Women's Tennis (6-7, 1-1 SBC) hits the road for a weekend in Texas, starting with Texas State (4-7, 0-2 SBC) on Saturday, March 23 at 10 a.m., before wrapping up the weekend at UT Arlington (9-5, 0-2 SBC) on Sunday, March 24 at 10 a.m.
SPLITING THE START: Louisiana opened up its conference account with a pair of home matches against Georgia Southern (Mar. 15) and Georgia State (Mar. 16). The Ragin' Cajuns lost a tough match to open the weekend, falling 4-3 to Georgia Southern, before bouncing back to win its first conference match of the season against Georgia State, 5-2.
