Men's Basketball: Cajuns Add Louisiana Native Anderson To 2016-17 Squad

LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball coach Bob Marlin added his fifth overall signee to the 2016-17 squad when junior college transfer Curtiss Anderson signed a National Letter of Intent in an announcement on Thursday.

Anderson, a 6-foot-8 forward, will have two years of eligibility remaining. Anderson is the fifth overall signee for the Ragin' Cajuns as he joins P.J. Hardy (Lake Charles, La.), Justin Miller (Owensboro, Ky.), Roydell Brown (New Orleans, La.) and Herman Williams (Marianna, Fla.).

"Curtiss is an athletic forward who will provide instant rebounding and defense around the rim," Marlin said.
