LAFAYETTE – Ruthny Mathurin recorded the first multi-goal match of her career and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Soccer team scored twice in a five-minute span in the second half to claim a 3-1 victory over Troy in the regular-season home finale on Thursday at the Home Bank Track/Soccer Complex.
Libby Harper stopped seven shots as she joined teammates Perri Belzer and Anna Grassinger in playing in her final home match as Louisiana (3-7-5, 2-4-2 SBC) leapfrogged Troy (3-8-3, 1-6-2 SBC), Southern Miss and ULM in the SBC West Division.
