HOUSTON - In it's first match back after a long layoff, Louisiana dropped Saturday's match against Rice, 4-0, in Houston.
Louisiana lost the doubles point in today's action, but freshman Grant Landreth made his debut for Louisiana. Landreth is a local product from Lafayette and attended St. Thomas More High School.
Alejo Ferrer Chueca was the lone Ragin' Cajun to win a set today. Ferrer Chueca battled with Adam Oscislawski but fell, 6-0, 3-6, 3-6.
