Louisiana Golf Set To Tee Off At Prestigious Border Olympics

LAREDO, Texas - The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns golf team is set to tee off Friday at the prestigious Border Olympics hosted by Houston at the par-72, 7,125-yard Laredo Country Club.

Play gets underway at 7:30 a.m. on Friday with a shotgun start as teams will play 36 holes on the first day. The third and final round is slated for Saturday morning at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start.

"It's nice to be down in Laredo, Texas at one of the oldest and most historic collegiate golf events," head coach Theo Sliman said.
