SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns golf team carded a 36-hole score of 41-over par (609) on Monday to finish the first day of the Oak Hills Invitational in 14th place. The tournament is being played at the par-71, 6,765-yard Oak Hills Country Club.
"It was a pretty frustrating day," head coach Theo Sliman said. "Obviously the scores are high due to some tough weather and firm conditions, however, that is no excuse. A handful of solid teams put up some good scores. We played very poorly in the morning and did not handle the days adversity the way we should of.
