LAFAYETTE – Kickoff for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Sept. 17 home contest against South Alabama has been set for 6 p.m., University and Sun Belt Conference officials announced on Wednesday.
The game, which is the Sun Belt Conference opener for Louisiana, will be televised on ESPN3.
Louisiana will officially kick off the season on Sept. 3 in an 11 a.m. contest against Boise State at Cajun Field. The Ragin' Cajuns will also host in-state foe McNeese State (Sept. 10), plus SBC opponents Appalachian State (Oct. 12), Idaho (Nov. 5) and Arkansas State (Nov. 26).
The season-opener against Boise State will be televised on the American Sports Network with the Sept.
