LAFAYETTE - Early morning rain washed out the final day of the 2022 Ragin' Cajuns Women's Tennis Invitational on Saturday at Cajun Courts.
The six-team field included Louisiana plus Sun Belt Conference members Southern Miss and ULM, along with in-state programs McNeese, New Orleans and Tulane.
Louisiana's Angel Santiago picked up a pair of straight-set, singles victories to pace action during the opening day on Friday.
Santiago opened the day for Louisiana with a 6-2, 6-3 win over ULM's Mackenzie King before posting a 6-3, 6-1 win over Natalia Ballo of McNeese.
