LAFAYETTE – Fresh off a midweek win against the Southeastern Louisiana Lady Lions, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team will head to Baton Rouge, La., on Sunday, Dec. 17, to face off with in-state foes, the LSU Tigers, in the 31st matchup between the two schools with a midafternoon tip of 2 p.m.
The 68-56 win on Wednesday, Dec. 13, over the Lady Lions means that Louisiana brings a 4-6 record into the matchup with LSU. While the Tigers haven't played since Sunday, Dec. 10, a 73-50 win at Tulane and they're ridding a three-game winning streak.
