LAFAYETTE — The challenges that are facing the Louisiana-Lafayette baseball team this week are plenty — and they’ve got coach Tony Robichaux fired up.
The Cajuns have four games this week, all of which are on the road. The two opponents, Houston and South Alabama, are both top-100 teams in the RPI rankings and have combined for more than 60 wins this season.
There’s also the little matter of making up ground on South Alabama, currently three games ahead of the Cajuns in the Sun Belt standings with two weeks to go in the regular season.
