LAFAYETTE, La. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns athletic department and MyKLAF-TV have renewed a broadcasting partnership that will have the station televise eight baseball and eight softball games during the 2016 season, officials announced Thursday.
The agreement will mark the 16th year that MyKLAF-TV will televise Ragin' Cajuns baseball games and the 12th season covering Ragin' Cajuns softball. All games are tentatively scheduled to be broadcast on ESPN3.
The package will begin on Sunday, Feb. 21, when the Ragin' Cajuns baseball team hosts Sam Houston State at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.
Coverage resumes on Saturday, March 5 when the Cajuns host Sacred Heart in non-conference action.
