LAFAYETTE, La. –Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns baseball sophomore pitcher Dylan Moore was named to the College Sports Information Directors Association (CoSIDA) 2016 Academic All-District™ baseball teams, the organization announced on Thursday. The teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.
"It's always an honor and a privilege to be recognized for a national award," head coach Tony Robichaux said. "Most of the time awards only focus on a player's athletic ability. What I really like about this award is that you are not only judged on your athletic ability, but what you do academically in the classroom is also important.
