LAFAYETTE - The Bill Bass Open, UL's annual Homecoming golf tournament, is still accepting entries for this Friday's four-person scramble tournament at Les Vieux Chenes.
The tournament is open to all golfers and is one of the featured events of Homecoming, and has both 8 a.m. morning and 1 p.m. afternoon sessions. Players may make up their own foursomes or may enter as individuals to be paired onto teams.
Entry blanks are available at all area golf courses, and an online entry form is available at www.ragincajuns.com." Entry fee is $125 for RCAF members and $150 for other golfers, and includes fees and cart, lunch before or after play, drinks on the course and tee gifts including a golf shirt and a custom-made metal tumbler.
