LAFAYETTE – In partnership with the College Football Playoff Foundation's Extra Yard for Teachers initiative, student-athletes from the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Department were able to provide funding for classroom projects in the local community.
Extra Yard for Teachers is the CFP Foundation's primary philanthropic initiative. The mission is to elevate the teaching profession by inspiring and empowering quality teachers through the development and implementation of programs in three key focus areas: direct provision of resources, teacher recognition, and professional development training.
