Torry Holt is Pro Football Hall of Fame semifinalist

Former Rams star wide receiver is poised to make another strong run at making the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The NFL Network announced 25 modern day semifinalists Tuesday and Holt was one of them.

It’s no surprise Holt made it to this point. This is the seventh consecutive year he has been a semifinalist. He was a finalist for the first time last year when Greatest Show on Turf teammate Isaac Bruce was elected into the Hall of Fame.

Holt certainly has a HOF resume. He was a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and he had 920 career catches for 13,382 yards and he had 74 touchdowns receptions in 11 NFL seasons.
