This Rams Super Bowl winner might’ve just scored the ultimate encore

The Los Angeles Rams benefited from the play of veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. in 2021, the year the team won Super Bowl LVI. He played for them for just one half of the season. But perhaps the most intriguing part of his short chapter with the team was the agreed-upon contract he signed.

He didn't demand guaranteed money. He signed for a base salary of $750,00, plus a $500,000 signing bonus. His contract included significant incentivized earnings, based on how well the team performed in postseason competition. As you can see from the chart below, he pulled in an additional $3 million.
