EARTH CITY, Mo. -- Speaking to reporters for the first time since suffering a season-ending right shoulder injury against the Green Bay Packers in Week 5, St. Louis Rams offensive lineman Rodger Saffold admitted that he sometimes wonders why he has such awful luck when it comes to injuries.
Saffold now faces the long road back from a second shoulder surgery in the past 10 months. He had his left shoulder fixed in January and his right one fixed last week in New York.
"I definitely think about that," Saffold said.
