Jeff Fisher and his coaching staff are now heading into their fourth season together in St. Louis. Most peg this to be a very important season for the team and the staff. Following the offseason’s most notable staff move, promoting Frank Cignetti Jr. to the offensive coordinator role, there were some ripples through the lower positions as well.

Chuck Cecil, previously the secondary coach, has now moved to the role of defensive assistant. Cecil will have a lot more say in the product on the field in his new position. To fill the spot left by Cecil, Dennard Wilson will be promoted to defensive backs coach.
