When we last heard from Rams coach Sean McVay in June, he said he expected to get his rookies in training camp around July 23 and then get the veterans in five days later.
Nothing is officially set, but starting camp soon is still the plan. Yet, the Rams have some business to get done before getting their rookies in. All nine members of the Rams’ 2020 draft are unsigned. No players can practice in training camp unless they are signed.
The lack of rookie contracts being inked is a league-wide problem as the majority of rookie deals remain unsigned as most teams want to give their rookies a physical before they sign.
