Rams News: Could Cooper Kupp break the single season receiving yards record?

Coooop! The crowd will chant again at SoFi Stadium this Sunday as the 7-1 Los Angeles Rams take on the 6-2 Tennessee Titans. Why? Because Cooper Kupp is the best receiver in the league this season and he and quarterback Matthew Stafford are putting on a show of aerial excellence.

Kupp has 63 receptions for 924 yards and 10 touchdowns through eight games. He’s averaging 115.5 yards per game which puts him on pace for 1,964 yards in the seventeen game season.

The current record for total receiving yards in a single season is currently held by Calvin Johnson set in 2012 while playing for the Detroit Lions when he recorded 1,964 yards.
