The Los Angeles Rams entered the season with an ongoing competition at right guard, a recent undrafted free agent at left tackle, a rookie at left guard, and an inexperienced center. Despite two of their three highest-paid offensive linemen being backups, the Rams have exceeded expectations on the offensive line and with help by blocking receivers and an elite performance by Kyren Williams at running back, Sean McVay’s offense has mitigated their lack of experience with exceptional players at skill positions and an awards-worthy coaching job by Ryan Wendell.
It doesn’t hurt to have the NFC’s most experienced and talented quarterback.
