Rams can quietly save $36 million in cap space without cutting a single player

The Los Angeles Rams fell short of reaching the Super Bowl so now it's time to start talking about the offseason and what it will bring for the Rams. The Rams could have a lot of bigger questions on their hands if Matthew Stafford decides to retire but, as of this writing, no decison has been made there yet.

The simplest way for the Rams to have as much spending money as possible this offseason actually doesn't involve them cutting anyone. There are three moves in particular that, if the Rams commit to this spring, can save the team money and therefore make it easier to bring in talent this offseason.
