Matt LaFleur was at one time with the Los Angeles Rams, and he was part of the group that added Cooper Kupp as LaFleur was working with Sean McVay in McVay’s first year with the team, and LaFleur expressed that he didn’t think Kupp would be the player he became when L.A. selected Kupp.
Of course, in LaFleur’s defense, who actually predicted Kupp having one of the greatest NFL seasons of all time?
It will be interesting to see what Kupp does with the Seattle Seahawks, and who knows? Maybe one day LaFleur and Kupp will be reunited, but I’d guess Kupp would have to go to the Green Bay Packers for that to happen.
