Los Angeles Rams 24, Cincinnati Bengals 10: British comfort

It wasn’t pretty. It probably wasn’t fun, though I’m sure the British fans of American football would disagree with their chance to host a game.

But hey, it was a win.

The Los Angeles Rams went to London Town and took care of business against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 8, 24-10.

It looked competitive early on with the Bengals putting up 10 points on their first three positions with 5:18 left in the first quarter.

They wouldn’t score another point.

And that was really the story of the day as the Rams’ defense ultimately put the clamps on the Bengals who were forced to resort to five fourth down conversion attempt succeeding on four of them.
