UPDATES with proposals being considered
HOUSTON - The NFL owners are now deciding between just two proposals - sending the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders to Carson, or the St. Louis Rams and a team "to be decided" to Inglewood.
Rams' owner Stan Kroenke's proposal to just put his team in Inglewood has been pulled from the ballot. Either proposal would mean the Chargers move.
Eerlier this afternoon, reports said the relocation committee voted 5-1 to recommend the Carson stadium project for the Chargers and Raiders.
Owners heard presentations for both the Inglewood and Carson stadium projects this morning, clearing the way for some decision on the fate of all three teams.
