When LA Rams retired NFL quarterback Jim Everett posed a question to former Rams defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, you could tell the question and answer would be a lot of fun. To nobody’s surprise, it delivered. While the question and answer seem harmless enough on the surface, you cannot help but wonder if the answer was somehow a rebuttal to the LA Rams head coach Sean McVay for refusing to bring Phillips back for the 2020 season?
