Kurt Warner selected Hall of Fame finalist

EARTH CITY, Mo. -- If the Pro Football Hall of Fame is considered a vehicle to tell the complete story of the NFL, it's hard to imagine that story being complete without including quarterback Kurt Warner.

Warner's rise from stocking shelves at a grocery store to Arena League star to two-time Most Valuable Player and Super Bowl XXXIV champion and MVP is one that will stand the test of time and can't be ignored in any sort of historical narrative for the league. Now, for the second year in a row, Warner is one of 15 modern-era finalists to get to Canton.
