After missing the last two seasons due to foot injuries, Los Angeles Rams linebacker Justin Lawler got to experience that joy Saturday night, playing and ultimately standing out the most among his defensive peers in his first game since Super Bowl 53.
Defensive coordinator Raheem Morris mentioned in the team’s post-game press conference that he knew Lawler was about to ball out after going two-and-a-half years between games.
