It is awful news that Jaylen Watson is out for the year, and you have to wish the player all the best. On the flip side, Myles Garrett is coming back for the Los Angeles Rams, right?
Garrett hasn’t played since Week 1 and he’s practicing this week, but no announcement has been made that he’ll be playing this Sunday or next Sunday, but unless there is a setback, the expectation is that he will be playing. Eventually.
For Watson, his season ends just as the Rams were hoping to really get their year rolling. Watson has been tremendous, but he’s been nursing a shoulder injury since earlier this year (at least since their game against the Denver Broncos), and at a certain point, it is better to shut a player down than risk further injury.
