ST. LOUIS • CBS Sports is reporting that 49ers running back Reggie Bush is planning a lawsuit against the city of St. Louis over a season-ending injury blamed on slippery concrete at the Edward Jones Dome.
The report, citing “a source close to the player,” says that Bush is working with California lawyer Shawn Holley.
Holley did not immediately respond to messages from the Post-Dispatch seeking comment.
The Dome is owned by the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority, a public entity.
Bush slipped and fell and injured his knee after being pushed out of bounds during the first quarter on Nov.
