He’ll be doing the play-by-play of the BattleHawks-Dallas XFL game on ESPN, at 4 p.m., broadcasting a contest in which most of the participants are relatively unknown, never have played for the team they are with, and are in a league that hadn’t had a game in 19 years — until returning Saturday.
