As we have with other key Rams’ pending free agents, we are looking at possible free-agent fits for Rams left tackle Andrew Whitworth as free agency starts next week.
The Rams are projected to have between $15-20 million in salary-cap room, so keeping most of their free agents will be tough.
Whitworth is probably the Rams’ free agent who is most likely to re-sign. He has said he wants to come back and the Rams have stated that they want him back.
But until it is official, anything is possible. Remember, many were surprised when Whitworth left Cincinnati after 11 seasons three years ago.
