The Los Angeles Sparks traveled to Chicago and came away with a double-digit victory over the Sky after dropping one Friday at home to the Indiana Fever.
Nneka Ogwumike (illness) missed her second straight game and did not travel with the team. Alana Beard (strained groin) also did not play, but per the broadcast, she was on the court warming up before the game.
Stefanie Dolson struck first out of the break for the Sky to tie the game at 40. The Sparks extended their lead with a 9-0 run to force a Chicago timeout two and a half minutes into the period.
