Scottie Pippen Says LeBron James Does Not Have ‘Clutch Gene’ Like Kobe Bryant

With the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend in progress, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers can finally reset given their recent struggles.

The Lakers are currently under .500 with a 28-29 record and 10th in the Western Conference. With only 25 games left during the 2018-2019 NBA season, Los Angeles will need to go on a serious winning streak in order to end their five-year playoff drought.

James is the exact player the Lakers need if they were stuck in their current position given his otherworldly talents. The 34-year-old has carried teams late in the regular season to the playoffs and perhaps faces his greatest test.
