The Los Angeles Lakers continue to be the main focus of the league as the 2018-19 NBA trade deadline quickly approaches on Feb. 7.
The team’s pursuit of Anthony Davis has been well-documented with both sides using the media to try and gain leverage. So far, New Orleans and Los Angeles have discussed several proposals, but there does not seem to be any traction on a potential trade.
Even if the Lakers do not make a trade for Davis, they still can improve the roster heading into the second half of the 2018-19 NBA season.
