In Game 1 of their series with the Phoenix Suns, the Los Angeles Lakers fell behind by double digits like they did in their play-in game against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday. Unfortunately, they needed more than an awe-inspiring shot from LeBron James to save them on Sunday.
In what was supposed to be a rare instance in which the No. 2 seed and No. 7 seed were evenly-matched, both teams looked like they earned their places in the Western Conference, which is just to say that the Suns drastically outplayed the Lakers.
