Heading into there game Thursday night against the Denver Nuggets, the Los Angeles Lakers seemed prime for a loss. They were playing their second game of a back-to-back, Denver has been rolling and the Lakers were shorthanded. Things just didn’t quite feel right. All that could realistically be hoped for was continued competition as we’ve seen to this point.
So of course the Lakers went out and won.
