The Los Angeles Lakers road trip, and losing streak, both ended tonight. Los Angeles was able to knock off the Phoenix Suns 100-93, snapping their three-game losing streak in the process. It is already the second time this season that the Lakers have defeated the Suns on their home court.
Tonight, it was the defense that got the job done for the Lakers. The 93 points they surrendered is the least points they have allowed thus far this season. The 100 points scored are also the fewest points scored in a victory this season.
