The Los Angeles Lakers ended their road trip on a high note defeating the Phoenix Suns on Monday night. Their homestand did not get off to as good a start, as the Philadelphia 76ers spoiled the first game of their homestand.
The 76ers would defeat the Lakers 115-109. A matchup between the Lakers and 76ers wouldn’t have drawn many viewers in recent seasons, but that is no longer the case. It was a very exciting game as there were a ton of young, budding stars on the court.
Arguably the brightest of those young stars is Joel Embiid.
