The Los Angeles Lakers were excited to get LeBron James back after he missed the first 14 regular season games, but his return has made life difficult for Austin Reaves. The 27-year-old looked to be breaking out when LeBron was sidelined. Reaves averaged 28.3 points, 8.2 assists, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.4 steals before James played his first game. Those are All-Star numbers, but things have fallen off in the last three games with their superstar trio in the lineup.
Reaves was elite as the number two, but he slips to the third option with LeBron back. He scored just 16 points with five turnovers to three assists in a loss to the Suns.
